WAVE's original entertainment program 'Your Love' has decided to go on hiatus amid controversy surrounding its cast.

The production company 'Display Company' announced on the 2nd via its official social media that it deeply apologizes for causing concern due to several issues related to the program.

Recently, there were allegations against cast member Riwon, suggesting that she is a former 'beotbang' (19+ internet broadcaster) BJ and a heterosexual in a relationship with a man. Riwon acknowledged her BJ activities and heterosexual relationship but clarified that her sexual identity is indeed homosexual.

The production company stated, "Rumors are spreading that the production team knew about the cast member's past but still included her in the show," and firmly denied, "This claim is not true."

The controversy surrounding Riwon didn't end there. Cast member Hangyeol exposed that she received an inappropriate overseas travel proposal from Riwon. Riwon denied this allegation, claiming it is not true.

As for the allegations regarding the inappropriate overseas travel proposal, the production company remains cautious. According to them, last month, Riwon and Hangyeol met with the production team to confirm the facts.

The production company explained, "At that time, the party involved in the allegations firmly denied them," adding, "Without clearly proven evidence, we must rely on the cast's explanations and positions."

They continued, "The circumstances surrounding this matter have not been conclusively proven as of now," but also stated, "However, if clear evidence is confirmed, we will take strong action and measures."

The 'Your Love' team is currently reviewing edits. As a result, episodes 3 and 4, scheduled to air on the 2nd, will be postponed to allow for a period of reorganization.

The production company said, "We plan to construct the content as carefully and balanced as possible without distorting the narrative and emotions," and added, "We considered both the consistency and quality of the program."

Meanwhile, 'Your Love' is the first lesbian dating reality show in South Korea.
