9 hours and 30 minutes of investigation concluded… No night investigation
The special investigation team led by Special Prosecutor Jo Eun-seok wrapped up the second summons of former President Yoon Seok-yeol in about 9 hours and 30 minutes. After the investigation ended, former President Yoon continued to review the records, and it is reported that he did not have dinner.
On the 5th, former President Yoon arrived at the special investigation room within the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office in Seocho-gu, Seoul, at 9:01 AM, and the formal investigation began promptly at 9:04 AM.

Later, the special investigation team announced to the media around 6:34 PM that "the investigation has concluded and the record review is currently ongoing."
Lunch menu was seolleongtang… skipped dinner to continue reviewing
Former President Yoon's lunch on that day was seolleongtang. After being questioned regarding charges related to obstructing arrest during the morning investigation, he took about an hour for lunch from 12:05 PM to 1:07 PM.
It is reported that the seolleongtang was ordered for delivery from a famous restaurant in Seoul. A special investigation team official stated, "After finishing the meal earlier than expected, he returned to the afternoon investigation."
In the afternoon session, concentrated questioning continued regarding accusations of instructing the deletion of spy phone records, foreign exchange offenses, and the situation surrounding the State Council meeting before and after the declaration of martial law.

Initially, kimchi jjigae was prepared to be procured from the cafeteria for dinner, but it is known that former President Yoon did not have a meal and immediately began reviewing the records.
Special investigation team considers the possibility of a third summons… mentions the request for an arrest warrant
This second investigation was directly handled by senior prosecutors Kim Jeong-guk and Jo Jae-cheol under the supervision of special prosecutors Park Eok-su and Jang Woo-seong.
Reflecting the position of former President Yoon's side, which had requested the exclusion of Chief Superintendent Park Chang-hwan from the investigation during the first round, Chief Superintendent Park and prosecutor Koo Seung-ki participated only in a supportive role for the investigation.
Former President Yoon began reviewing the records at 6:34 PM and continued for about 5 hours, finishing the review around 11:30 PM. The time he left the building was confirmed to be 11:54 PM.

After reviewing the records from the second investigation, the special investigation team plans to consider whether to conduct a third summons investigation or to shift to forced investigation, including the request for an arrest warrant.
