YG Entertainment has apologized to the audience members who experienced visibility issues due to obstructed views at the BLACKPINK concert.

On the 7th, YG Entertainment stated, "We deeply apologize for the difficulties faced by those in the N3 section due to limited visibility of the stage at the BLACKPINK concert."

BLACKPINK held their world tour 'DEADLINE' at the Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province on the 5th and 6th. Both performances were sold out. Some attendees pointed out that their view was blocked by a large screen set up between the seats and the stage, preventing them from seeing the performance.

The problematic section was the N3 area, which had seats priced at 132,000 won (approximately $120). One audience member expressed frustration, saying, "There is no visibility. I'm angry that such seats were sold through normal reservations."

BLACKPINK's team explained, "To improve the environment where the stage was not well visible due to the console installed in front of that section, we expanded the installation of LED screens for the audience." They added, "Unfortunately, this has led to discomfort, which was not our intention."

They promised follow-up measures, stating, "We will proceed with follow-up actions for those who reported issues regarding that section, and we will inform you through the ticketing agency."

YG reiterated, "We will be more meticulous in considering the viewing environment moving forward, and we will do our best to provide a better concert experience."

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will continue their world tour starting in Seoul, heading to Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Toronto in Canada, Paris in France, Milan in Italy, and Barcelona in Spain from the 12th onward.
