Actress Yeom Hye-ran returns with a new face.
Yeom Hye-ran plays the role of Ara, the wife of Beom-mo (played by Lee Sung-min), in the film "There’s Nothing You Can Do" (directed by Park Chan-wook). She is a character with artistic talent and sensitivity.
Despite repeated failures in auditions, she maintains her confidence and romanticism. While she is disappointed with Beom-mo, who is fading after losing his job, she also misses his passionate demeanor.
The acting synergy between Yeom Hye-ran and Lee Sung-min is remarkable. The two create a realistic couple, alternating between tenderness and monotony, which adds to the enjoyment of the film.

Yeom Hye-ran hints at a unique transformation through "There’s Nothing You Can Do." She described Ara as “a new character that I have never acted before.”
Director Park Chan-wook expressed his confidence, stating, “I had a certainty about Yeom Hye-ran from the very beginning” and added, “I can guarantee that watching the couple Beom-mo and Ara will be a lot of fun.”
Meanwhile, "There’s Nothing You Can Do" is a crime thriller about a fired breadwinner who enters the job re-employment battle. The movie is set to be released next month.
