A's colleagues began searching for him when he was no longer visible during the work. They found A inside the tank, unconscious and still wearing his rubber boots. He was subsequently transported to the hospital in a state of cardiac arrest but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

It is reported that there were no CCTV cameras installed in the work area at the time of the accident, which complicates efforts to ascertain the exact circumstances of the incident.

The police are currently investigating factory officials regarding compliance with safety measures and have requested an autopsy from the National Forensic Service to determine the exact cause of death.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Employment and Labor has issued a work stoppage order for the chemical plant and plans to conduct a thorough investigation to determine if there were any violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
