Stray Kids showcased a 90s hip-hop visual. They will release a new type of album, SKZHOP HIPTAPE titled “合” and the title track “Walkin On Water”, on the 13th of next month. JYP Entertainment unveiled unit and group concept photos on their official SNS at 11 PM on the 22nd.

The members captivated attention with their mere presence. They exuded weightiness against a pitch-black background, adorned in reinterpreted suits reminiscent of the 1990s-2000s hip-hop era, adding a stylish aura. SKZHOP HIPTAPE combines the group’s abbreviation “SKZ” with “HIP-HOP”, aiming to showcase a novel genre not officially defined.

The first piece, “合”, is a collaborative work of all eight Stray Kids members, incorporating the pun in the English name of the hip-hop genre where “합” (HOP) is combined. The album includes the title track, “Bounce Back”, “You” featuring Tablo, and a hip version of “Walkin On Water”. As bonus tracks, solo songs first revealed in the new world tour will be included.

These tracks are Bang Chan’s “Railway”, Felix’s “Unfair”, I.N’s “Hallucination”, Lee Know’s “Youth”, Hyunjin’s “So Good”, Changbin’s “Ultra”, Han’s “Hold My Hand”, and Seungmin’s “As We Slowly, Us”. Meanwhile, Stray Kids announced their entry into a total of 20 large stadiums across Latin America, North America, and Europe for their new world tour “DOMINATE”, adding a pleasant piece of news recently.

In addition, the soundtrack album for the movie “Deadpool 3” featuring Stray Kids’ “SLASH” has been nominated for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media at the 67th Grammy Awards, held in Los Angeles on February 2nd next year.
