Singer Wonho has completed warming up for his comeback. On the 20th, Highline Entertainment released the music video teaser for Wonho’s new digital single “What Would You Do” on their official channel.
Wonho stood alone in an empty building. Under dark lighting, he lowered his head with a mysterious expression. His visuals gradually closed up, showcasing his unique charm. A part of the new song could also be heard.
He passionately sang a line from “What Would You Do,” raising expectations with his protruding hairstyle, natural makeup, and casual style.
“What Would You Do” is a medium-tempo pop R&B ballad genre. It expresses the complex emotions felt in relationships intertwined with love and hurt over a calm melody.
Wonho dealt with internal division and the pain of a wounded soul. His charming vocals and detailed emotional expressions were added, singing about the emotions of complicated love.
The music video was filmed using a one-take technique. It depicted the process of hurt, emptiness, anger, and healing, expressing the emotional lines of past and present that cannot escape from the harm exchanged.
He is set to participate in the large-scale U.S. music festival ‘Jingle Ball Tour’ next month. He will visit Dallas (3rd), Chicago (9th), Detroit (10th), and Miami (21st). His first U.S. fan meeting tour ‘Welcome Back, Wenee’ has also been confirmed.
He will visit Houston on the 4th, Chicago on the 7th, New York on the 12th, Seattle on the 15th, San Francisco on the 17th, and LA on the 19th. Meanwhile, Wonho will release his new song on major music sites at 2 PM (Eastern U.S. time, midnight) on the 22nd.
