Mr. Byungho (pseudonym) has reportedly been so stressed about the Lotto winnings that he ended up in the hospital. The source of his suffering stems from a dispute over the Lotto jackpot with an old friend.

Mr. Byungho explained, "I bought two Lotto tickets and gave one to my friend, agreeing that if we won the jackpot, we would split the winnings."

The Lotto Jackpot Controversy That Ruined a Half-Century of Friendship

Though their friendship had lasted for a long 50 years, cracks began to appear in the relationship in the face of a large Lotto jackpot. According to Mr. Byungho, after winning the Lotto, his friend Mr. Chunshik (pseudonym) suddenly changed his lifestyle dramatically, even building a new cattle barn.
