Day6 will be the first domestic band to perform at Gocheok Sky Dome. Day6 will hold a solo concert titled ‘2024 Day6 Special Concert ‘The Present” on the 20th and 21st at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul. They will be the first in the history of domestic bands to perform at Gocheok Dome.
It is also a special concert held a year after their Christmas special concert ‘The Present: You Are My Day.’ This year marked a significant year for Day6. After ending their hiatus in March, they swept various charts with their album ‘Forever’ and mini-album ‘Band-Aid’ released in September, reaching a career high.
They sold out a total of three venues in Korea this year. These include last April’s 360-degree-open Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium and the ‘Forever Young’ concert at Incheon Spar Arena last September. Today, they will create an unforgettable year-end with My Day (fan club name) at Gocheok Sky Dome.
From their small theater concert debut announcement in 2015 to performing at Gocheok Dome, they are steadily building their musical narrative. Their third world tour, resumed after four years and eight months, is also progressing successfully.
All performances in places like Singapore, Bangkok, Los Angeles, and New York were sold out. They are continually adding dates and expanding the scale. Next year, they will continue their concerts in places such as Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Osaka, Tokyo, Manila, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and New York.
