TXT has taken over Japan's two major charts. They released their 7th mini-album, 'The Name Chapter: Sanctuary,' on the 9th. The new release achieved a triple crown on the Japan Oricon Weekly Chart.
First, it ranked No. 1 on the 'Weekly Combined Album Ranking' for the week of the 4th to the 10th. The album also topped the 'Weekly Album Ranking' and 'Weekly Western Music Album Ranking.'
This marks their 11th No. 1 record on the 'Weekly Combined Album Ranking.' With this album, they maintained their historic second place for the 'most cumulative No. 1 albums in combined rankings.'
It's encouraging that they achieved a higher score than their previous work. Oricon's 'Weekly Combined Album Ranking' calculates ranks based on CD sales, digital downloads, and more.
Previously, TXT earned 179,042 points with their 6th mini-album, 'minisode 3: To Tomorrow.' With the new release, they scored 299,000 points.
They also claimed a triple crown on Billboard Japan. They topped the 'Artist 100.' Earlier, they had also secured the top spot on 'Hot Albums' and 'Top Album Sales.'
Meanwhile, TXT continues their activities on domestic music shows.
