Tomorrow X Together (hereafter 'TXT') is making a long-lasting impact on the Billboard charts.
On the 6th, the US Billboard announced the latest chart (as of August 9). TXT has topped the 'Top Album Sales', 'Top Current Album Sales', and 'World Album' charts with their 4th studio album, 'The Name Chapter: Together'.
Their new album debuted at 3rd place on the main album chart, 'Billboard 200'. With this, TXT has now placed a total of 12 albums on that chart. Notably, all 7 albums released in South Korea have consecutively ranked in the top 5.
TXT has also climbed to 3rd place on the 'Artist 100', maintaining their position for 87 weeks. This chart aggregates album sales, radio airplay, streaming, and social media activity, indicating TXT's local popularity.
The title track 'Beautiful Strangers' is garnering attention in the Japanese music market as well. Following its release on the 4th, the Japanese version topped the local iTunes 'Top Songs' chart.
It also secured the 1st position on the Oricon 'Daily Single Ranking' (as of August 4). The song entered at 3rd place on the chart last month and has maintained a high ranking for two consecutive weeks.
'The Name Chapter: Together' is the final installment of the 'The Name Chapter' series, continuing from 'The Name Chapter: Sanctuary'. It conveys a message of saving each other and the world through the act of calling each other's names.
Meanwhile, TXT will kick off their 4th world tour, 'ACT: TOMORROW', at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the 22nd and 23rd.
