Two Strange Men Break into a Female Room at a Lodging Facility in Jeju Island… An Incident That Occurred in the Early Morning

A Strange Man Found Sitting on the Bed in a Lodging Facility at Dawn

There has been controversy following reports that a strange man broke into a women's double room at a lodging facility in Jeju Island.

On the 20th, JTBC's "Incident Panel" reported an outrageous event that occurred at a lodging facility in Jeju Island early in the morning on the 25th of last month.

According to the report, the informant, Mr. A, was staying alone in the women's double room at that time. Around 3 AM, a large man opened the window and entered the room.

The man sat on the bed and displayed a behavior that seemed to indicate he was about to lie down, even attempting to take the informant's mobile phone.

When the shocked informant demanded he leave, the man repeatedly said, "Shh, then I'll die." It was only after the informant called the police that the man finally left the room.

No staff or owner present… a second intrusion occurred

The situation did not end there. Just a few minutes after the police were called, another man entered and was found lying on the informant's bed, sleeping.

The responding police reportedly apprehended both men. They were part of a group traveling together, but they were not guests of the lodging facility.

During police questioning, they stated, "We were drunk and don't remember anything."

At the time, there was only one other guest in the lodging facility besides the informant, and all the staff had left to drink outside.

No apology from the owner, only a 'refund text'… even threats of a lawsuit

What was even more outrageous was the attitude of the lodging facility. The informant revealed, "The owner did not show their face until the next morning and sent only a text message about a refund instead of an apology."

When the informant shared the incident with another lodging owner, they immediately received a threatening text from the original owner saying, "Do not mention our business name, or I will file a lawsuit."

The informant expressed their frustration, stating, "It was a situation that arose due to the owner's negligence in managing the facility, yet they are avoiding responsibility."
