'Treasure Island' impressed with its unfiltered depiction of human desire, intense production, and Heo Jun-ho's impactful presence as a villain.

The standout was Park Hyung-sik, who played the role of 'Seo Dong-joo,' the head of external affairs at Daesan Group. He works diligently for the company but hides his ambitions within.

The first episode of 'Treasure Island' was a whirlwind. The ambitious pursuits of the characters were astonishing, providing intense tension.

A hearing related to the energy business (Daesan Energy) took place. Park Hyung-sik and Heo Jun-ho manipulated the session. It flowed favorably for Daesan, and eventually, it adjourned.

The grandson-in-law of the Daesan Group chairman turned out to be Heo Jun-ho's nephew, Kwon Soo-hyun, a prosecutor with a bad history with Park Hyung-sik. Moreover, Kwon Soo-hyun's bride was Hong Hwa-yeon.

Hong Hwa-yeon froze upon seeing Park Hyung-sik's face. He was engulfed in shock, cried out in profound betrayal, and heightened the immersion with his emotional acting.
