'To My Harry' is a healing romance drama. It tells the story of an announcer 'Eun-ho,' who develops a new personality, and her ex-boyfriend 'Hyun-oh,' as they heal the hidden wounds in their hearts. The show is directed by hit-maker Jung Ji-hyun, known for 'Home with a Yard' and 'Twenty-Five, Twenty-One,' and written by Han Garam, the writer of 'When the Weather is Fine.'
Shin Hye-sun showcases a vivid portrayal by switching between two roles. She plays 'Ju Eun-ho,' a survival-type announcer who dreams of happiness despite having zero presence, and 'Ju Hye-ri,' a happiness scholar. Lee Jin-wook takes on the role of 'Jung Hyun-oh,' Ju Eun-ho's ex-boyfriend. He catches the eye with his perfect charm as a strong candidate for the next 9 PM news anchor and an elite announcer.
Shin Hye-sun and Lee Jin-wook's characters are ex-lovers who broke up abruptly after an 8-year-long relationship. Their sweet and fierce chemistry, characterized by bickering interactions, evokes excitement. Their intense acting synergy adds to the excitement.
Kang Hoon appears as 'Kang Ju-yeon,' presenting a fresh sense of excitement. He showcases the ultimate FM announcer traits while also grappling with a late first love involving Ju Hye-ri. Jo Hye-joo portrays 'Baek Hye-yeon,' an all-around talented MZ generation announcer. She continuously approaches the stoic Kang Ju-yeon to win his heart, exuding a bold charm that grabs attention.
Director Jung Ji-hyun expressed his confidence, saying, "I hope you take pride in working on 'To My Harry.'" His comments heightened expectations for the birth of a special romance.
