Incident of Family of Three Found Dead in Vehicle in Yeongjongdo, Incheon
In Yeongjongdo, Incheon, three individuals presumed to be a family were found dead inside a vehicle, prompting an investigation by the police.
According to the Incheon Jungbu Police Station on the 15th, a report was received at around 4:50 PM stating, "I cannot contact my family."
Through location tracking of the missing family members' mobile phones, the police located the vehicle parked in an open area near a beach in Yeongjongdo just 10 minutes after the report was made, around 5 PM. Inside the vehicle, they discovered a 40-year-old woman, identified as A, a 40-year-old man, and a 7-year-old girl, all deceased.

The person who reported the incident was confirmed to be A's father, and no suicide note was found inside the vehicle.
The police currently presume that the deceased are in a parent-child relationship and are investigating the exact circumstances of their deaths.
A police official stated, "We need to further confirm their living situation and exact relationships, but at present, we believe there are no indications of a crime." They also added, "After interviewing the bereaved family, we will decide whether to request an autopsy from the National Forensic Service."
The police continue to investigate to determine the exact cause of death, the time of death, and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
