NewJeans released the Korean version of their Japanese debut title track.
On the 5th, ADOR uploaded part 2 of NewJeans' "Supernatural" music video on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel. This is the sequel to part 1.
The video is about 3 minutes and 10 seconds long. NewJeans sang the Japanese parts in Korean. The storyline hidden in the previous part was also revealed, sparking imagination.
Supernatural phenomena unfold around the members. Breaking news about 'peculiar creatures' on a TV screen hinted at NewJeans' identity in the music video.
"Supernatural" was released on the 21st of last month and continues to perform well on domestic and international charts, particularly in Japan. It dominated the top ranks of major local charts.
The song ranked first for three consecutive days (June 21-23) on the Oricon Daily Single Ranking. It also placed in the top 5 of the weekly combined single ranking for the second week (July 8).
In Korea, the song saw a resurgence on the charts. "Supernatural" topped the Bugs daily chart for two consecutive days (July 2-3). It soared to 8th place on the Melon 'Top 100' (July 4).
Meanwhile, NewJeans will appear on Nihon TV's "THE MUSIC DAY 2024" on the 6th.
