Netflix series "The Price of Confession" has completed its casting lineup.
On the 30th, Netflix revealed the cast and script reading photos of "The Price of Confession." Jeon Do-yeon, Kim Go-eun, Park Hae-soo, and Jin Sun-kyu have been confirmed to appear.
"The Price of Confession" is a mystery thriller. It revolves around 'Yoon-soo,' who is framed as a suspect for killing her husband, and a mysterious figure called 'Mo-eun,' known as the witch.
The series is the next project of director Lee Jung-hyo, who has directed "Crash Landing on You," "The Good Wife," and "I Need Romance." The script is written by Kwon Jong-kwan, the writer of "Sad Movie."
The combination of well-established actors is heightening anticipation. In particular, the explosive acting chemistry between Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Go-eun is drawing significant attention.
Jeon Do-yeon will play the role of 'An Yoon-soo,' who struggles to clear her name from the false charge of murdering her husband. Her happy life crumbles entirely due to her husband's mysterious death.
Kim Go-eun takes on the role of 'Mo-eun,' a mysterious figure who sees through people and easily understands their psychology. She secretively approaches Yoon-soo, who is driven into a corner.
Park Hae-soo and Jin Sun-kyu will play prosecutor 'Baek Dong-hoon' and lawyer 'Jang Jung-goo,' respectively. They will add to the drama's intensity as they tenaciously chase the truth behind the two women with many secrets.
Meanwhile, "The Price of Confession" will be released worldwide on Netflix.
