YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won) has ultimately decided to press charges. The accused include YouTubers 'Gujaeyeok' and 'Jujak Gambyulsa', among others involved in extortion.

Tzuyang's side posted a notice on the YouTube community on the 15th. Tzuyang's legal representatives, lawyers Kim Tae-yeon and Kim Ki-baek, announced, "After deep consideration, we decided to proceed with the lawsuit."

Lawyer Kim stated, "At the time of the extortion incident, Tzuyang was mentally and physically exhausted by numerous incidents. As a result, she was unable to respond to the YouTubers' monetary extortion acts."

Tzuyang was thoroughly the 'victim'. The YouTubers cunningly used threats of revealing personal information as leverage. "She had no choice but to comply with their demands and sign unwanted contracts," he added.

Recently, Tzuyang's case was unintentionally brought to public attention. This led to the spread of harm to Tzuyang and third parties. "The number of people boldly spreading false facts about Tzuyang has increased," he pointed out.

He explained the reasons for the lawsuit, considering that Tzuyang's suffering was no longer a personal issue, that the perpetrators exploited the fact that Tzuyang found it difficult to take legal action, and the possibility of a second Tzuyang emerging.

The complaint will be submitted to the Criminal Division 3 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. The accused include YouTuber Gujaeyeok (Lee Jun-hee), Jujak Gambyulsa (Jeon Guk-jin), the manager of the Crime Research Lab, and anonymous intimidators.

Currently, the Criminal Division 3 has received a petition listing Tzuyang as the victim. Lawyer Kim emphasized, "If additional accomplices to the extortion against Tzuyang are found, we will respond without leniency."

Recently, additional documents related to extortion were also revealed. It was an email sent to Tzuyang's side. The sender claimed, "I hacked all your KakaoTalk conversations, photos, videos, and advertisement revenues," and demanded Bitcoin.
