The movie 'The Killers' is set to release on October 23rd.

On the 19th, 'The Killers' confirmed its release date and unveiled the main poster and trailer. The poster, with its intense atmosphere reminiscent of a novel, grabbed attention.

The poster featured portraits of the actors: Shim Eun-kyung, Yeon Woo-jin, Hong Sa-bin, Ji-woo, Lee Ban-seok, Oh Yeon-ah, Jang Hyun-sung, Kwak Min-gyu, Lee Jae-gyoon, Go Chang-seok, and Kim Geum-soon.

The main trailer was also unique. It alternated between a mysterious bartender, three agents preparing for a murder, people waiting for their target, and two suspicious killers.

Shim Eun-kyung's presence was especially notable. Her expressions of fear while fleeing and crying while being tied up left a strong impression. She also appeared with a wig, showcasing a doll-like face.

'The Killers' is a film that depicts four murder cases, inspired by Ernest Hemingway's short story 'The Killers'.

Four Korean directors—Kim Jong-kwan, Noh Deok, Jang Hang-jun, and Lee Myung-se—interpreted the story from different perspectives to create this film.

'The Killers' has already been officially invited to the New York Asian Film Festival and the Fantasia Film Festival, receiving acclaim. It will meet domestic audiences for the first time at the Busan International Film Festival early next month.

After its release on October 23rd, it will also be showcased at the Sitges Film Festival.
