SBS-TV's new drama 'The Judge from Hell' (written by Jo Yi-soo, directed by Park Jin-pyo) revealed its script reading session on the 12th. The cast, including Park Shin-hye, Kim Jae-young, Kim In-kwon, and Kim Ah-young, along with the production team attended the session.
'The Judge from Hell' is an action fantasy where good and evil coexist. It depicts the story of demon Kang Bit-na who possesses the body of a judge. She meets the passionate detective Han Da-on, who helps her execute criminals, allowing her to become a true judge.
From their first meeting, the cast showed exceptional chemistry. The storyline offers an intense level of immersion with its dynamic and refreshing plot. The actors' unique performances heated up the atmosphere on set.
First, Park Shin-hye takes on the role of Judge Kang Bit-na. She is an ultra-elite judge with stunning beauty. However, her true identity is that of a demon. She kills those who do not repent for their sins and sends them to hell.
She portrayed the character with a wide range of acting skills. Her intense performance, including expressions, tone of voice, and glances, drew admiration from the staff. She transformed into a wicked yet lovable demon, different from her previous image.
Kim Jae-young also made a strong impression. He plays Han Da-on, a detective in the violent crimes unit of Nobong Police Station. He is kind and sharp but harbors hidden pain in his heart. Meeting Bit-na changes his life.
Additionally, the drama features an ensemble of outstanding actors, including Kim In-kwon, Kim Ah-young, Kim Hong-pa, Kim Young-ok, Lee Kyu-han, Kim Jae-hwa, Kim Hye-hwa, Kim Kwang-kyu, Lee Kyu-hoo, and Lee Mi-do, creating strong synergy.
