Taxi Crash into Sidewalk in Dobong District, Seoul; 4 Injured

A taxi crashed into the sidewalk at an intersection in Banghak-dong, Dobong District, Seoul, resulting in two people sustaining minor injuries and two others being urgently transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest.

Cardiac Arrest

On the 3rd, the Dobong Fire Station stated that a taxi crashed into the sidewalk at the Banghak-dong intersection around 4:23 PM that day.

According to the investigation at the scene, it was determined that the taxi driver and one pedestrian on the sidewalk were transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest, while one passenger in the taxi and another pedestrian sustained minor injuries.

According to fire authorities, the two individuals with minor injuries are fortunately in stable condition and not in life-threatening situations.

Currently, the police and fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the accident and are closely examining the circumstances that led to the taxi crashing onto the sidewalk.
