Taemin from 'SHINee' officially began the countdown to his comeback.

Big Planet Made Entertainment released the trailer motion version of Taemin's 5th mini album 'ETERNAL' on its official SNS accounts at midnight on the 1st.

Taemin appeared against a backdrop of grand yet tense music. He exuded a bright charm with his all-white styling and also displayed intense charisma.

The trailer features pansies, which catch the eye. Pansies are the birth flower of May 25, the debut date of SHINee. They are also used as the logo for Taemin's fan club, "Taemmate."

The agency explained, "Pansies can be interpreted as a symbol of Taemmates and fans, providing the courage for Taemin to move forward."

Taemin is releasing his new album after about 10 months. He released his 4th mini album 'Guilty' in October last year, which topped the iTunes Top Album Chart in 38 regions/countries.

This is also his first album to be released after signing with his new agency. Taemin parted ways with SM. On April 1st, he announced his exclusive contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment.

The new album title means 'eternal.' It embodies Taemin's identity. It signifies his continual progress amidst endless changes, regardless of where he is or what he does.

Meanwhile, Taemin will release 'ETERNAL' on various music platforms on the 19th. Along with this, he will continue his active career by launching his first solo world tour, 'Ephemeral Gaze.'
