Singer and actress Suzy collaborates with the team of the movie "Snow White" (directed by Marc Webb). On the 10th, the distribution company "Walt Disney Company Korea" announced, "Suzy has been selected as the special collaboration music artist for 'Snow White'."
Suzy has been chosen as the vocalist for the song "Waiting On A Wish," which is part of the original soundtrack (OST) for "Snow White." The song encapsulates a heartfelt wish, reflecting the story of Snow White (played by Rachel Zegler) who chooses her own path against the evil queen (played by Gal Gadot).
A teaser for the related music video has been unveiled, showcasing Suzy in a red cloak. Her warm vocals leave fans eagerly anticipating the full version.
Disney has previously collaborated with various artists, including Taeyeon, New Jeans' Danielle, IVE's An Yujin, and TWICE's Nayeon. Suzy continues the legacy of legendary OSTs, stating, "'Waiting On A Wish' will touch the hearts of 'Snow White' audiences."
Meanwhile, "Snow White" is Disney's first princess tale, where she faces challenges to reclaim her lost kingdom. The movie is set to be released in Korea on the 19th.
