Controversy Surrounding the 'First Night Snapshooting' Requests to Female Photographers
Recently, there has been a controversy as suspicious inquiries suggesting 'first night snapshooting' for honeymooners have arisen directed at female photographers.
On the 30th of last month, photographer A shared on their thread, "I struggled for a long time to figure out how to take this request," revealing the chat history with a male client.
According to the released content, the man sent a message saying, "I would like to inquire about honeymoon snapshooting," adding, "I am considering Jeju Island. I want snapshooting for the first night, and I am thinking of a budget of about 8 million won."

When A assumed the 'first night shoot budget 800,000 won' was a typo and confirmed, the man replied, "I am planning a honeymoon baby, so I want to capture it with snaps."
A rejected the offer, stating that it was a task they had never done before, but the man continued to request, "The cost is negotiable, so can you please shoot just once?"
Feeling suspicious, A asked to speak directly with the wife and requested her contact information; however, the man displayed displeasure by asking, "Why do you need my wife's contact?" and ultimately, A blocked the client.

After A's story was made public, other photographers shared similar experiences about receiving comparable requests.
One photographer disclosed a similar conversation stating, "I would like to inquire about honeymoon snaps. The date is negotiable, and it will be in Jeju Island. I have a budget of about 10 million won."
Other photographers also commented, "This person contacted me too," "I received a similar request in the past," and "This person initially said the budget was 10 million won but cut it down by 2 million won," indicating that the same individual was making similar proposals to multiple female photographers.

The particularly troubling aspect is that this requester insists solely on female photographers. According to A's testimony, when they offered to introduce other photographers, the man replied, "My wife wants a female photographer."
As a result, netizens have expressed their concerns, saying, "Isn’t this a way to lure women for sexual assault?" "It is 100% for criminal purposes," and "It seems there hasn't been any agreement with the wife."
