Stray Kids aim to win a global award for the second consecutive year. On the 23rd, Stray Kids were nominated for the '2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards' in the U.S.

They were nominated in the 'K-Pop Song of the Year' category with the title track "Chk Chk Boom" from their 9th mini album 'ATE.' This is their second consecutive nomination following last year. Stray Kids secured a trophy in this category at the '2024 iHeartRadio Music Award.'

The iHeartRadio Music Awards is a music award ceremony organized by iHeartRadio, a U.S. radio broadcasting company. It has been held annually since 2014. The awards are given to artists and songs that were most played throughout the year by the broadcaster and others. This year's event will be held on March 17 in Los Angeles.

Last year, Stray Kids achieved remarkable success in the global music scene. They debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 with 'HOP,' a hip tape from Skz-tape. They topped this chart for six consecutive albums. Also, their albums released in Korea and Japan (25 in total) surpassed 30 million cumulative shipments as of December 31.

This year, they continue their widespread activities. On the 18th and 19th, they resumed their largest-ever world tour 'dominATE' in Hong Kong. They have a large stadium tour ahead. Starting in March, they will enter stadiums in 20 regions across Latin America, North America, and Europe. Domestic fan meetings will also be held.
