Stray Kids to release their second full-length album in Japan.
Stray Kids will release their second Japanese full album 'Giant' on November 13th. This is their first local full album in 1 year and 9 months since their first Japanese full album 'The Sound.'
Stray Kids officially debuted in Japan in March 2020. Since then, they have topped major music and album charts such as Oricon, Tower Records, and Billboard Japan with various works.
Last year, they also held the 'Five Star Dome Tour 2023,' becoming the first 4th generation K-pop boy group to enter Japan's four major dome venues.
Their global popularity continues to grow. They achieved five consecutive #1s on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart with 'Oddinary' (March 2022), 'Maxident' (October 2022), 'Five Star' (June 2023), 'Rock Star' (November 2023), and 'Eight' (July 2024).
In August of last year, they also started a new world tour 'Dominate.' It kicked off with performances in Seoul (August 24-25, August 31-September 1). They also completed a performance at the Singapore National Stadium on September 28th.
Riding on this momentum, they will visit Melbourne, Australia (October 19), Sydney, Australia (October 26), Kaohsiung, Taiwan (November 2), Tokyo, Japan (November 14, 16-17), Manila, Philippines (November 23), and Macau (November 29-30).
Additionally, they have scheduled performances in Osaka, Japan (December 5, 7-8), Bangkok, Thailand (December 14), Jakarta, Indonesia (December 21), and Hong Kong (January 18-19, 2025), promising to meet global STAYs.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids will attend the American Music Awards (AMAs) as the second K-pop group performer on November 6th. They plan to deliver a fiery performance on the AMAs stage.
The AMAs are considered one of the four major popular music awards in the United States, alongside the Grammy Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and MTV Music Awards.
