Stray Kids have surpassed 1 million album sales in the U.S. this year. According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), Stray Kids received a ‘Gold’ certification for their mini 9th album ‘ATE’ on the 19th of last month (Korean time).

This album alone sold over 500,000 copies in the U.S., making it the best-selling K-pop album (as of September) and the fourth best-selling worldwide. Stray Kids’ accomplishments don’t stop there. Including ‘ATE’, their physical and digital album units have totaled sales exceeding 1 million in the U.S. this year.

The agency stated, “Stray Kids’ albums have sold over 1 million copies in the U.S. this year, marking the first record of its kind for a K-pop artist as of 2024.” From their mini 6th album ‘ODDINARY’ to mini 7th album ‘MAXIDENT’, full album 3rd ‘★★★★★ (5-STAR)’, mini 8th album ‘ROCK-STAR’, and ‘ATE’, they have achieved five consecutive No. 1 spots on the ‘Billboard 200’.

They are enjoying explosive popularity on the global stage. Along with album activities, they are expanding their global influence through their new world tour ‘domiNATE’. This tour is particularly significant as it is being conducted on the largest scale ever, with solo performances in six stadiums, including Singapore’s National Stadium and Allianz Stadium in Sydney.

Meanwhile, Stray Kids will continue their ‘domiNATE’ tour in Kaohsiung on the 3rd.
