Stray Kids will continue to be active as a complete group next year. All members have renewed their contracts with the agency.
JYP Entertainment (hereafter JYP) announced on the 18th, "Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N have completed their contract renewals ahead of their exclusive contracts' expiration early next year."
They will continue their activities domestically and internationally based on strong trust. "The eight members have prepared to take another leap towards a brighter future while maintaining the group brand they've built," JYP added.
Various activities will be actively supported. The agency stated, "We will continue to push forward with all-encompassing content. We wish to open a bright future for Stray Kids and their fandom, STAY."
Stray Kids officially debuted in March 2018. They have released music they worked on themselves with each album. Their unique content has also been a strong weapon, gaining them a hot popularity.
They swept the main U.S. Billboard charts. It all started with their 6th mini-album, 'ODDINARY', in March 2022. It topped the 'Billboard 200'. They have since held the top position four times in a row.
They also made it onto the Billboard 'Hot 100'. The title track 'Rock' from their 8th mini-album '樂-STAR' and the digital single 'Lose My Breath' both entered the charts consecutively.
They are undeniably a global top artist. Stray Kids were invited to three major overseas music festivals this year alone as headliners representing the performances.
They are also set to launch a new world tour 'dominate'. Starting next month, they will hold solo concerts in Seoul, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Tokyo, and more.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids will release 'Ate' on the 19th at 1 PM.
