Singer Song Ga-in will take strong action regarding the unauthorized use of her image in investment advertisements.

On the 24th, Song Ga-in's side announced, "We have become aware that Song Ga-in's portrait rights are being used without permission in advertisements promoting financial investments, manipulating photos to confuse many people."

Currently, investment ads using Song Ga-in's portrait rights are being exposed on social media. Song Ga-in's side pointed out, "The company is even spreading false information that Song Ga-in is active as their model."

A representative emphasized that Song Ga-in has no relation to these ads. "We will not overlook the malicious fraudulent activities using her portrait rights without permission or acts that tarnish the artist's reputation," they said.

They further stated, "There is a high possibility that this could lead to fraud such as embezzling investment funds. We hope the public will not suffer secondary damage."

They announced a zero-tolerance response. "We will take legal action without leniency," they said, adding, "If you find any other advertisements suspiciously misusing her portrait rights, please report them through the fan club."
