Potential Overhaul of Bayern Munich’s Attack

Bayern Munich is highly likely to undertake a significant transformation in their attacking lineup during the summer transfer window, owing to the inconsistent performance of their offense this season.

Leroy Sané’s contract is set to expire at the end of this season, and the futures of Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman also remain uncertain.

Sport explained, "Bayern Munich has not yet initiated transfer negotiations for Son Heung-min with Tottenham. However, they are keeping an eye on Son Heung-min's contract situation," adding that "the prerequisite for Bayern Munich's acquisition of Son Heung-min is the release of Sané."

It has been reported that there are still divergent opinions within the club regarding Sané’s contract renewal.

The Spanish media outlet Fichajes similarly reported on the 1st that “Although no official negotiations related to Son Heung-min’s transfer have begun, Bayern Munich is monitoring his contract situation and evaluating whether signing Son Heung-min is financially feasible.”

They further noted, "Bayern Munich's decision regarding Son Heung-min's acquisition will depend on Sané’s future and how much Tottenham values Son Heung-min's transfer fee,” suggesting that Bayern Munich is seriously considering the acquisition of Son Heung-min.
