SM Entertainment's R&B label has unveiled its first artist. Min Jiwoon will debut on the 4th of next month.

SM Contemporary R&B label 'Crucialize' revealed the digital cover for Min Jiwoon's debut single 'Sentimental Love' on their official SNS on the 20th.

'Sentimental Love' is a medium tempo R&B soul genre track. Min Jiwoon and Canadian producer CUBE co-composed and co-wrote the song, hinting at a sweet vocal timbre.

An insider revealed, "The English lyrics contain Min Jiwoon's philosophy on love. His vocals combined with a sensuous guitar loop create a vintage charm."

Inspired by the legendary hip-hop group Slum Village's 'Sentimental Love' and jazz saxophonist Bud Shank's 'Elizete,' Min Jiwoon has reinterpreted these in his own style.

Min Jiwoon is an emerging R&B singer-songwriter known for his captivating voice and unique songwriting skills. He has honed his talents through various collaborations and performances.

Min Jiwoon has been involved in the entire production process himself. He plans to captivate global listeners with his own musical color and emotion, with the song being released at 1 PM on the 4th of next month.

Meanwhile, SM's label 'Crucialize' (meaning "to make crucial") is a combination of 'crucial' and 'ize.' The label aims to broaden the spectrum of the K-pop genre and present differentiated content.
