Changwon City, the facility corporation, and NC have formed a joint task force to prevent future incidents.

In response to the unprecedented tragedy of a fan fatality in professional baseball history, the Democratic Party's Changwon City Council members issued a statement on the 2nd, criticizing the team, Changwon City, and the facility corporation severely.

The council members pointed out, "Despite the risk of accidents being inherent due to the influence of wind and rain over the past six years since its completion, Changwon City, the facility corporation, and the NC team have only been exchanging blame regarding the cause of the accident."

They further emphasized, "The structure that collapsed was installed at a height of 5 stories and could not escape the influence of the wind," urging a rapid investigation into the safety assessment, including the adequacy of the structural design and construction process.
