SF9, ‘FANTASY’ Receives Hot Response…Performs Well on iTunes Global Charts

SF9 showcased their unwavering popularity. SF9 released their 14th mini-album ‘FANTASY’ on major music sites at 6 PM on the 19th. Within a day of its release, they secured top positions on global charts.

As of the 20th, ‘FANTASY’ ranked in the top 5 of POP albums in eight regions worldwide. It reached high ranks in Denmark, Austria, Poland, Thailand, Japan, and more.

The album also ranked in the top 5 of K-pop albums in eight regions, including Canada, the United States, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan. Additionally, it secured a spot in the top 5 of the overall album charts in five regions.

In Macau, they demonstrated strong album power, achieving 1st place in three charts: overall album chart, pop album, and K-pop album. This proved their unrivaled popularity.

They performed well on the music charts. The title track ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ reached 1st place on the overall songs chart and pop songs chart of Chile’s iTunes.

The title track ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ also reached 3rd on Japan’s iTunes pop song chart and 2nd on the K-pop song chart. In Finland, the track succeeded in charting all songs on both the overall and pop song charts of iTunes.

Through their new album, SF9 conveyed a heartfelt message for their fandom, Fantasy. They completed a lively and refreshing performance with music that embodies SF9’s unique color.

‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ features lyrics co-written by members Youngbin and Hwiyoung. The song tells a story of wishing happiness for the other person after a painful breakup, accented by a funky beat.
