Seventeen's Seungkwan has once again practiced sharing, following his recent donation to the Jeju Love Donation. Pledis Entertainment announced on the 11th, "Seungkwan has donated 20 million won to the National Heritage Administration and the Cultural Heritage Foundation to help preserve Jeju's heritage."

This donation will be used for the preservation of Jeju's April 3rd records, which were registered as a UNESCO World Documentary Heritage in April. This acknowledges the value of materials related to a tragic event.

Seungkwan is from Jeju and has been committed to supporting his hometown. Last year, he was appointed as a promotional ambassador for Jeju. He contributed to the protection of the Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin by donating a hometown love donation.

Seungkwan also announced at the 13th UNESCO Youth Forum held in Paris, France, in 2023, that Jeju is the first region in the world to be designated in three natural environment categories by UNESCO.

Meanwhile, Seungkwan's group, Seventeen, released their fifth studio album, "Happy Burstday," on the 26th of last month.
