SEVENTEEN has set another record on Japan’s Oricon Annual Ranking. Oricon announced the ‘Oricon Annual Ranking 2024’ (calculated from December 25, 2023, to December 16, 2024) on the 20th. SEVENTEEN achieved the highest ranking among foreign artists.

SEVENTEEN ranked third with their best album ’17 IS RIGHT HERE’ and fifth with their 12th mini-album ‘SPILL THE FEELS.’ They are the only artist to have two albums in the Top 10 of the ‘Combined Album Ranking’, both from Japan and abroad.

SEVENTEEN’s prominence was also notable in the ‘Album Ranking’ category, where they placed their best album in 4th position and their 12th mini-album in 5th position. Additionally, their 11th mini-album ‘SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN’, released last October, entered at 13th place.

SEVENTEEN is the only group to have three works in the top 15. Their 4th Japanese single ‘I Don’t Understand But I LUV U’ ranked 17th in the ‘Single Ranking’ category. Remarkably, this album, released on the 27th of last month, made it into the annual ranking with just about two weeks of sales.

Their popularity in Japan is also evident in their performances. Starting with Nagoya’s Vantelin Dome on the 29th-30th of last month, SEVENTEEN is continuing their world tour across 10 shows in four Japanese domes. They will conclude the tour at Fukuoka PayPay Dome on the 21st-22nd.
