Seventeen is enjoying unrelenting popularity in Japan. They have added another record to their collection.

On the 10th, the Japan Record Association announced the list of Gold Disc certifications for March. Seventeen received a Triple Platinum certification for their fourth Japanese single, "Consumption Expiration" (消費期限).

The association certifies based on album shipments, categorizing them into Gold (100,000 copies), Platinum (250,000 copies), Double Platinum (500,000 copies), and Triple Platinum (750,000 copies).

This marks the first time that their single album has sold over 750,000 copies. In just four months since receiving the Double Platinum certification last November, they have sold over 250,000 copies more.

With this achievement, Seventeen now holds five albums with Gold Disc certifications of Triple Platinum or higher, including their 11th mini-album, "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN."

"Consumption Expiration" was released on November 27 last year. It debuted at number one on the Oricon Daily Single Ranking and dominated charts such as the Weekly Single Ranking and the Weekly Combined Single Ranking.

Meanwhile, Seventeen is set to hold fan meetings in Japan. They will kick off on the 24th and run from the 26th to the 27th at the Kyocera Dome Osaka.
