Former Rise member Seunghwan has completed preparations for his solo debut.
Seunghwan will release his first single "Waste No Time" on the 31st. He introduces himself to the public under the new artist brand "XngHan&Xoul."
SM Entertainment announced on the 14th, "The new single contains a total of two tracks, representing Seunghwan's story as he waits for the moment to step on stage, having completed all his preparations."
On this day, the title track was introduced in advance. It is an electronic dance genre song characterized by clear, bright-toned synth leads, bass, and a catchy melody.
The lyrics depict a youthful determination to not miss the moment and move forward without hesitation. Seunghwan is set to open the first chapter of an exciting adventure.
He also hinted at a powerful performance. A source revealed, "The choreography is centered around stylish expressions that highlight Seunghwan's strengths. He will be performing alongside two dancers."
They added, "The movements flow continuously, resembling a relentless run. Seunghwan showcases various formations with the dancers, adding to the fun."
The artist brand "XngHan&Xoul" utilizes the 'X' to symbolize Seunghwan's limitless potential and broad crossover appeal. It foreshadows a growth in his musical abilities.
Meanwhile, Seunghwan's first single will be released on the 31st at 6 PM on global music streaming sites.
