
A participant of 'Heart Signal 3,' Seo Min-jae (32) has appointed a lawyer in connection with a lawsuit against her.
On the 6th, Seo Min-jae publicly disclosed her decision to hire legal representation. It has been reported that the law firm 'OEN' is handling the response regarding her boyfriend, referred to as A.
She explained, "A lawyer I got to know through a friend has agreed to help me. I sincerely thank everyone for their concern and for reaching out."
She added, "I will live properly for the sake of not being ashamed in front of my child, reflecting on my past mistakes for the rest of my life," and apologised for causing disturbance.
Recently, Seo Min-jae publicly accused A on social media, stating that while they were in a relationship, she became pregnant but he is unwilling to take responsibility. In this process, A's real name, age, university, and workplace were all exposed. She even mentioned the name of the apartment complex where A's family resides.
A's side has filed a criminal complaint against Seo Min-jae through their legal representative. A complaint was submitted to the police for violations of the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes, among other charges.
On the 4th, 'Roel,' representing A legally, released a statement claiming, "There was no attempt to evade pregnancy. Rather, I was subjected to confinement and assault by Seo Min-jae."
Meanwhile, Seo Min-jae appeared on Channel A's 'Heart Signal 3' in 2020, attracting attention for her unusual job as a large company mechanic. She later became an influencer.
She caused social controversy by admitting to drug use with Nam Tae-hyun, a former member of 'Winner.' She was sentenced to 10 months in prison, with a 2-year probation for the use of methamphetamine.
