Rudy is the leader of the dance team 'Auspicious' and the CEO of Hi-Hat Entertainment. He has been active as a dance trainer for the past 11 years, working with EXO, SEVENTEEN, NCT, and more.

He has also been active in various broadcast programs, serving as the chief choreographer for Mnet's 'Queendom 2' and MBC-TV's 'After School Excitement.' He was recognized for his abilities as a director on JTBC's 'Peak Time.' On 'Project 7,' he is responsible for the participants' detailed dance lines and offers sharp evaluations that span various genres. He also provides tailored mentoring through training.
