Actors Ryu Seung-ryong and Jin Seon-kyu have teamed up in a comic action movie.

The film 'Amazon Remedy' (directed by Kim Chang-ju) is set to be released this October. Two teaser posters have also been revealed, capturing the comic mood of Ryu Seung-ryong and Jin Seon-kyu.

'Amazon Remedy' is a movie where archery and comedy meet exquisitely. The protagonist is Jin-bong (played by Ryu Seung-ryong), a former national archery representative who is on the verge of being laid off both at home and work.

The story unfolds as Jin-bong meets Ppang-sik (played by Jin Seon-kyu), a Korean-Bolivian interpreter, and three Amazon warriors with god-like archery skills.

The teaser posters showcased extreme situations, presenting characters placed in both Amazon and Seoul. In the Amazon jungle, they appeared frightened. The three Amazon warriors were on high alert. In Seoul, they looked much more confident. The contrasting settings of Jin-bong, Ppang-sik, and the three Amazon warriors hinted at a humorous and entertaining twist.

The script was written by Bae Se-young, known for 'Extreme Job' and 'Intimate Strangers.' Director Kim Chang-ju, who debuted with 'Hard Hit,' directed the film, bringing forth a refreshing comedy.

Significant effort was put into the Amazon warriors' role directing. The cast includes global actors from Amazon and Brazilian backgrounds, and the film was shot on location in Brazil to add realism.
