Rise has suffered from a leak of new album content ahead of their comeback. SM Entertainment's 'Wizards Production' posted a notice on the 6th stating, "We are providing information regarding the leak of promotion data for Rise's first full album." An investigation is currently underway. They mentioned, "We are investigating the route of the leaked data and all individuals who had access to the data from various angles." However, they emphasized that it is not the act of an employee. "We have clearly confirmed that it was not leaked through internal personnel," they added, "and we are currently checking the delivery process."

In the fan community, a specific manager has been pointed out as the person responsible for the leak. The Wizards side clarified, "This employee does not have access to promotion data at all." They further stated, "(This manager) has never shared artist schedules or contacted anyone separately based on personal relationships," insisting that "they are unrelated to this situation."

Legal action will be taken against those involved in the leak. The agency stated, "We plan to take legal measures against any identified individuals to hold them accountable." They also mentioned that some sasaengs have infringed on Rise's privacy. "We will manage this rigorously. We will ensure the artists are protected," they promised.

Finally, they expressed, "We apologize for causing fans concern due to this matter," and stated, "We will do our utmost to establish measures to prevent recurrence."

Recently, 65 images, including concept photos and unreleased photos from Rise's first full album 'ODYSSEY,' were uploaded online. The album has not yet been released. A sasaeng sparked controversy by uploading related photos on their social media, having also visited a private filming location to take unauthorized photos of the artists.

Meanwhile, Rise is set to make their comeback with 'ODYSSEY' on the 19th at 6 PM.
