RIIZE received attention from overseas media with their new song.
On the 4th, RIIZE pre-released the track "Combo" from their first mini album "RISING". It was presented as a song to celebrate their first anniversary.
It garnered global attention. British media 'Dork' wrote, "'Combo' is a track that showcases RIIZE's unique genre of emotional pop with an expanded sound."
American publication 'Rolling Stone' included "Combo" in its "Must-hear New Tracks of the Week". 'Teen Vogue' also ranked it in their "Best New Songs of September 2024" list.
"Combo" is an alternative pop-rock song. It features dynamic drums, electric guitar, and powerful shouting vocals. The track sings of bursting youthful confidence.
It was created by hitmaker Kenzie, who participated in the songwriting, composition, and arrangement solo. This collaboration follows their earlier work on the refreshing track "Memories".
The album gained popularity even before its official release. It topped China’s QQ Music's "Korean Music Weekly Chart" and also took the number one spot on the "Rising Chart".
Meanwhile, RIIZE is currently conducting their first fan con-tour "RIZING DAY". They will conclude the tour with a finale at Seoul's K-Spot Dome from the 13th to the 15th.
