Rise is presenting a special collaboration with the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (LA Tourism).

On the 12th, LA Tourism launched the global advertising campaign ‘LA is Now Playing’. The campaign metaphorically represents LA as a movie, inviting travelers from around the world to the LA red carpet.

In collaboration with renowned studios and artists, six series of videos were produced to introduce LA’s main travel themes and tourist spots.

Notably, ‘Get A Guitar’, Rise’s debut song, was selected as the background music for the campaign video aired in Korea.

LA Tourism took particular interest in the music video for ‘Get A Guitar’ and actively proposed its use, especially since Rise filmed their debut song’s music video at beautiful tourist locations in LA.

This campaign represents the largest investment by LA Tourism to date and is unprecedented in scale in Korea. It is expected to appeal more intimately to the target demographic of travelers in their 20s and 40s.

Adam Burke, president of LA Tourism, stated, “We are thrilled to roll out this advertising campaign with K-pop star Rise. It will significantly aid in enhancing the recovery of LA tourism in the Korean market.”

Meanwhile, Rise will kick off their ‘2024 Rise FanCon Tour Rising Day’ on May 4-5 at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Rise will visit a total of 9 regions worldwide, including Seoul and LA, getting closer to their global fans.
