The police commissioned the NFS to conduct a detailed drug test on Lee, confirming a positive result for marijuana.

Both A, the co-conspirator who accompanied Lee in a rental car, and B, the seller who attempted to sell drugs to them, also tested positive for marijuana, leading to the submission of arrest warrants.

While the warrant for A has been rejected, the substantive examination for B took place at 10:50 AM on the same day.
