Actress Park Jin-joo is set to transform her character.

On the 3rd, "Prain TPC" announced that Park Jin-joo would reunite with the creative team of the musical 'Red Book'. She is attempting a transformation through the original musical 'Laika'.

'Laika' is a story set during the Cold War era, where Laika, the Earth's first space exploration dog, meets the Little Prince on asteroid B612 and prepares for a secret project.

Park Jin-joo will take on the role of Laika, portraying the space exploration dog known for patience and sociability. Following her previous work in 'Maybe Happy Ending', she will once again play a non-human character.

She is currently appearing in the musical 'Ghost Bakery', where she effectively depicts the passion and ambition of Soon-hee, a character who aspires to be the best baker.

Her stage career is set to continue with more dynamic performances. From starting with 'Red Book' in 2023, Park Jin-joo has appeared in various productions and was praised for her ability to perform musical numbers.

Meanwhile, the musical 'Laika', featuring Park Jin-joo, will open on March 14 at the Doosan Art Center's Yeon-gang Hall.
