Actress Park Jin-joo is taking the stage. She is challenging herself with a premiere of an original musical.
On the 26th, PrainTPC announced, "Park Jin-joo will join the new musical 'Ghost Bakery'. She will present a warm winter gift in the role of Soon-hee."
'Ghost Bakery' is an original production. It tells the story of Soon-hee, who, after being fired from a pastry shop, continues an uneasy business partnership with a ghost in a shabby bakery.
Park Jin-joo has been triple cast in the role of Soon-hee, a character who dreams of becoming the best pâtissière. She is expected to captivate the audience with her bright and spirited charm.
She is reuniting with the creative team from the previous musical 'Maybe Happy Ending'. 'Ghost Bakery' was written by Park Chun-hyo and Will Aronson, raising expectations for synergy.
Park Jin-joo has been on numerous stages since last year's musical 'Red Book'. Her refreshing vocal skills and delicate acting expression have received acclaim.
She is also active in entertainment. Park Jin-joo appears on MBC-TV's 'Hangout with Yoo'. Recently, she filled living rooms with warmth through an early morning environment organization.
Meanwhile, 'Ghost Bakery' will open on the 19th of next month at the Doosan Art Center's YeonGang Hall.
