Singer Park Hyo-shin is making a comeback. Park Hyo-shin will release a new digital single ‘HERO’ on various music platforms on the 4th of next month. This track will be released ahead of the album launch. It’s a new song in about five years. He joined the project after receiving an offer from the production team of the movie ‘Firefighter’.
He is bringing a song that he personally wrote, composed, and arranged. ‘HERO’ will also be used as the title song for ‘Firefighter’. He sympathized with the message the work aims to convey. It was completed with deep emotion and a soulful voice. Lyricist Kim Eana also contributed. She wrote the lyrics with Park Hyo-shin, establishing the concept of ‘sacrifice’ as “the most noble act of love.”
It must be based on love. “Sacrifice might initially sound solemn, but it is a humble heart for someone dear,” she explained. They also paid attention to the vocal delivery. Park Hyo-shin added, “I intended to express pure emotions through music by excluding embellishments. I wanted to create a gap in emotions.”
An official said, “It captures respect and gratitude for the heroes in each of our hearts. It will offer a profound resonance to listeners,” asking for high expectations. Meanwhile, ‘Firefighter’ is about the story of firefighters who worked hard for the full rescue during the Hongje-dong fire disaster. It will be released on the 4th of next month.
