On the 16th, the team behind tvN's weekend drama 'Jeong Nyeoni' expressed their gratitude to the cast. Ahead of the final episode, interviews with Kim Tae-ri, Shin Ye-eun, Ra Mi-ran, Jung Eun-chae, and Kim Yun-hye were released.

'Jeong Nyeoni' became a topic of discussion each week due to its unique stage performances. Kim Tae-ri perfectly transformed into the genius sound performer Yoon Jeong-nyeon, while Shin Ye-eun delivered a passionate portrayal as her rival Heo Yeong-seo.

First, Kim Tae-ri remarked, "The anticipation from the efforts of all the actors and staff surpassed the concerns regarding the unfamiliar theme of female national theater."

She added, "I'm more than satisfied with the love from the viewers," and urged viewers to enjoy the last episode featuring a final performance, a prince's replacement, farewells, and continuing adventures.

Shin Ye-eun reflected, "I prepared for this project with all my heart for a long time and experienced a range of emotions," crediting the viewers for giving her confidence and courage.

She hinted at the upcoming two episodes, stating, "The national theater stage will become even more impressive and spectacular," and asked viewers to focus on the choices of those who love the national theater amidst various incidents.

Ra Mi-ran, who added depth as the director of Maeran, assured, "The final episode will not disappoint. The last performance will also be legendary," hinting at the conclusion.

Jung Eun-chae, who delivered a remarkable performance as Moon Ok-kyung and had an unexpected exit in the 10th episode, said, "Thank you sincerely for crying and laughing along with Jeong Nyeoni. I'll continue acting without forgetting the great love you have sent."

Kim Yun-hye, who played Seo Hye-rang, urged viewers, "Please look forward to how Maeran's crisis and the downfall of Hye-rang will conclude as the main characters depart."

'Jeong Nyeoni' is a national theater drama set in the 1950s. It revolves around Jeong Nyeoni, a 'genius of sound', as she competes and bonds towards becoming the best national theater performer after the Korean War, depicting her spectacular growth story.

The drama started with a 4.8% viewership rating in the first episode last month and has continued to rise. In the 10th episode, it recorded its highest rating of 14.1% (Nielsen Korea, nationwide households).

'Jeong Nyeoni' will air its 11th episode at 9:20 PM on this day and will conclude with the final episode on the 17th.
