SHINee's Onew announced his new year activities. On the 16th, Onew revealed the promotion plan for his 4th mini album 'CONNECTION' on his official website. The comeback is confirmed for January 6, 2025.
Onew moved to a grand mansion of overwhelming scale. He stood in front of a magnificent and beautiful European-style building, showcasing his noble visual. This promotion plan was shot on location in Prague, Czech Republic. The title track also embodies exotic charm, raising anticipation for the new album. An official stated, "Onew participated in producing and writing all the songs in the previous work. He will showcase his musical growth as a solo artist this time as well."
Onew is set to commence the official countdown to his comeback. He plans to release three versions of concept photos, a tracklist, an album preview, and two music video teasers.
He will hold a solo concert '2025 ONEW THE LIVE : CONNECTION' in four Asian cities next year. The concerts will take place at Yokohama Arena, Japan on February 15-16, Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul on February 21-23, Taipei Music Center on April 5, and Broadway Theatre in Macau on April 20. Meanwhile, Onew will release the new album on major music sites at 6 PM on the 6th of next month.
