The movie 'Don’t Touch Dirty Money' (written and directed by Kim Min-soo) has confirmed its release for October 17. The teaser poster and trailer have also been revealed.

'Don’t Touch Dirty Money' is a crime film featuring two detectives as protagonists. The story revolves around Myung-deuk (played by Jung Woo) and Dong-hyuk (played by Kim Dae-myung), who touch dirty money in an attempt to turn their lives around and get entangled in various incidents.

The teaser poster is intense from the get-go. The movie title catches the eye immediately. Myung-deuk and Dong-hyuk are shown cautiously looking around with tense expressions before getting into a police car.

Myung-deuk is a detective who makes extra money from side jobs. Dong-hyuk looks up to Myung-deuk like an older brother. The two are partners, always together in both investigations and side jobs.

They are dressed in orange jumpsuits reminiscent of criminals, holding a gun and a bag in their hands, contrasting sharply with the police car meant for their investigations.

Is it a crime or an investigation? The 'Don’t Touch Dirty Money' team explains, "The two detectives devise a plan to steal the dirty money that can’t even be reported and then carry out the investigation themselves."

The trailer also keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. Myung-deuk and Dong-hyuk head out to investigate a murder case, and the two detectives work hard to target the dirty money.

Myung-deuk dreams of the perfect crime and a life turnaround, saying, "We did it anyway, and we’re the ones investigating it." However, he becomes anxious as the investigation closes in on them.

The film is directed by Kim Min-soo, who has previously showcased his storytelling skills as a co-writer in 'The Merciless: World of Bad Guys' and 'Kingmaker.'

Alongside the duo, Park Byung-eun and Cho Hyun-chul are also part of the cast. Park Byung-eun plays Seung-chan, the head of the violent crimes unit with a troubled past with Myung-deuk. Cho Hyun-chul appears as a fellow officer working with Myung-deuk and Dong-hyuk.
